By placing an order with Autolamps-Online the customer accepts without exception the conditions contained here within. The terms along with the sites contents can be changed without prior notice. The customer accepts in placing the order that all transactions in whole or in part are governed by British law. In the case of any legal dispute this will be settled by the British legal system. 

At any time Autolamps-Online has the choice to cancel or decline to supply any product ordered with no reason given. If this order has already been paid for a full refund will be made within 7 working days.

It is our aim to deliver the product to fulfill your order within 7 days. This is not a guaranteed service and under certain conditions beyond our control it may take longer. If this is the case a message will be sent to advise you of the delay.

The range of stock is as listed within this website but may be changed or cancelled without prior notice. Should you purchase a product which is no longer valid a full refund will be given against the value of this purchase.

The product is sold with manufacturers warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied. If you are claiming a refund for a defective lamp the product must be returned to the address below within 14 days of receipt.  The responsibility of the product and its shipping during the return is the responsibility of the customer. The returned lamp will undergo an  examination. If in the opinion of Autolamps-Online a manufacturing fault is found the value of the product will be fully refunded along with the shipping costs, not to exceed the original shipping costs to send the product from Autolamps-Online to the customer .

If the product after subsequent testing has failed due to any reason  other than a manufacturing defect no refund will be made. The tested product will be returned to the customer if requested with the customer paying the subsequent shipping costs

The Xenon Discharge lamps and electronics should under no account be handled, adapted or fitted by a non qualified person. The voltages involved with this equipment should be considered as HIGHLY dangerous and in the wrong hands could be FATAL.

If you are claiming a refund  the product must be returned to the address below within 14 days of receipt. The full or partial refund will be made to a maximum of the value of the product providing the lamp is unused and in its original packaging, undamaged minus costs. This refund will be made directly to your credit card within 4 weeks. Please advise of any return in writing prior to shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior knowledge. The responsibility of the product and its shipping during the return is the responsibility of the customer
